The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes' walk from the city center, and we had everything we needed nearby. The breakfast menu could use some improvement, with more variety and options to choose from.

The room at Lignum Suites was cozy with a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I loved the soundproofing in the double room, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep, even though the hotel was centrally located. The triple room had a sofa, providing extra seating space and making it feel more like a home away from home.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the private bathroom. But hey, to each their own!

The location of this place is simply amazing! It's right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the bustling harbor. The manager, Stephan, deserves a special shoutout for being incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a peaceful night's sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings and efficient air conditioning unit. The TV and WiFi connectivity was also impressive, better than what we experienced elsewhere in Crete. Despite being centrally located, the area was surprisingly calm and peaceful. this modern and clean boutique hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely consider staying here again next year.
